Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 10 business days after the delivery of your purchase. If 10 business days have passed since your delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you need to obtain “return merchandise authorization” (RMA) number from us by emailing to [email protected]. In your email, please include your invoice number, product part / SKU number, product photos, tracking information, serial number (if any) and return reason. We’ll determine and let you know how to proceed. We process refund or exchange after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Please email tracking number as soon as you ship them back, so we can follow up in timely manner.

Please do not accept products with damaged packing, and refuse them; so, we can make the damaged packing claims with shipping company correctly. Once, the products are delivered, you become responsible party for their aftermath.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if we are the distributor. We can’t process your refund if you ship the products to the wrong address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to our address. If the items were damaged during your installation, we can’t replace them for free since it is not our fault.

Shipping returns

To return a product, you need our authorization first, and the most cases, you should mail the product to the right address provided by email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
